I love Pilates!!!
I started taking Pilates classes a few years ago and fell in love! Great classes and fun people. I go to Flipdog Pilates studio in Lahaska! Vicki Cross is the owner and she rocks. I have definitely noticed a difference in my strength and stability. If you have the opportunity to take a reformer bed class, do it!

I would like to take a Reformer Pilates class and have done Mat Pilates.
It is fun. If you have the opportunity, you should take a class.
