After a great afternoon exploring Paris, we spoke to the concierge.  He recommended us head to ile St. louis.  Neither of us had ever heard of this section of the city.  We fell in LOVE with it.  Here are a few of the pictures that we took on the way to dinner!

IF you are ever in Paris, Le Tastevin should be on your list to visit! Ever since we were there, we have been craving Beef Bourguignon! It was not a tourist trap, but filled with locals. So Yummy!

Update as of April 2017: This restaurant has changed owners and has closed. 😦

  1. I always have escargot at least once while in France. Actually if they gave me a bowl of the herb and garlic infused butter and their wonderful bread I would be happy.

  2. Looks like a great meal. However, I could never get into escargot. I tried it once and it wasn’t my cup of tea. My better half loved it though.
