Travel with Laughter is ONE year old!

Happy Birthday to “TRAVEL WITH LAUGHTER”

On March 19, 2011, I started “Travel with Laughter”!  It is hard to believe that it has been a year since I started blogging.  My first blog was about traveling with friends.  I have been having so much fun blogging.  I am overwhelmed by the support that I have received from fellow bloggers (many of whom I have never met) and my family/friends!  As I wrote  in the about me section, this blog is to bring joy and laughter when traveling.  I LOVE it when my friends think of me when they are having a challenge in travel.  They have sent me Facebook messages, tweets, and texts to let me know that they were “traveling with laughter”.  It brings a smile to my face that I can help people smile and laugh their way through situations!

The blog has become more than I ever thought it would be.  It has allowed me to explore my passion of photography and I shoot almost everything I do.  When I first started, I thought it would be just about funny travel stories.  In addition to those stories, it has become my gratitude journal.  I am blessed and find joy in just about everything I do.  When I am traveling or doing something at home, I now think about things in blogs.  I find myself saying….”that will make a great blog.”  Any other bloggers think like that?

I have too many favorite blogs to talk about individual ones!  I hope you enjoy the blogs……

I have been to many exciting places over the past year and looking forward to 2012!  I have big plans for the 2nd year!  I am attending BlogHer ’12 in August and I am excited about learning from fellow bloggers.  Also, I have taken a photography class at Allure West studios and have level two this week.  I am excited about taking my photography to the next level.  What would you like to see “Travel with Laughter “ do in 2012?
