What to do today? That is the question I am asking myself. It is a picture perfect May day in Doylestown. Sunny, warm and no humidity. Better yet no plans! I don’t have these days very often. The day is in front of me and I can’t wait to see where it leads. It started off perfect with a Pilates class at 8 am. Then a trip to the farmers market. I am excited that I was able to get my local honey to help with my allergies. A teaspoon a day of local honey! Also, I saw some beautiful roses. Have a great Saturday everyone!

I’ve heard about this – taking local honey to treat allergies. My friend swears by it. I’ll have to try it.
