Did you know that there was a whiskey distillery in Park City, UT? High West Distillery is a must visit! Before going to Utah, I had heard many stories about things you had to buy a drink with dinner. I didn’t encounter any of them. After doing a tour of the distillery we had a great dinner. It was a place with great character and really good food! Park City is a place I want to go back and visit. Even though I don’t ski, it looks like a fun town to visit in the winter.
