For those of you that read my blog regularly, you know that Domani Star is my favorite restaurant in Doylestown. It is a family owned restaurant with amazing food and people. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, they have “upped their game.” Recently, they started renting the space next to their restaurant. It will be their sister restaurant Sorella. They are using it as a private area to rent and will also be overflow on the weekends for Domani. If I have one “criticism,” it is that their current space isn’t conducive for large parties. This is the answer for large parties! They aren’t opening till April 1, 2016, so I am honored we were able to work with Domani and be their first private party. We had a group of twelve last night for a work dinner and the new space was perfect. We used the front room for appetizers and relaxing before sitting at the table for dinner. There is another room, which has a dart board where we had dinner. It was great because we felt like we were at someone’s house and didn’t have to cook or clean. The food and service was amazing! I look forward to planning future events there. Thank you to Domani Star for an amazing night.

This is their braised short rib with handkerchief pasta. This is always a hit and three people ordered the dish.

The team playing darts, which was competitive!

Bistecca-14oz center-cut Black Angus N.Y. strip steak grilled to your liking and topped with Bayley Hazen blue cheese and caramelized onion in a rosemary-brown sauce. Served with whipped potatoes and vegetable.

Grilled salmon and shrimp served over a bed of spinach-herb risotto. Topped with toasted pumpkin seeds. This is one of the items I could taste and it was awesome. Risotto is one of my favorites!

This was one of their specials! It was homemade fettuccine with sausage, cheese and toast!

Vitella alla “Vodka” Breaded veal sautéed golden brown and topped with sliced tomatoes and Fontina cheese. Served alongside spaghetti with oil, garlic, and baby spinach. Everything topped with our homemade vodka-blush sauce. Ryan said it was DELISH!

A team photo before we start eating our meal!

A little Limoncello to finish the evening!

  2. LoveDomani Star. As first timers we picked on a night when I had a bad day and didn’t want to cook. We got such great service from the waiter….he turned my whole day around. Food was awesome, too!
