There were four Nor’easters in the Doylestown area during March. Up to that point, our winter was calm. March came in like a lion. On March 2nd the area had a storm that surprised the forecasters. It was supposed to be rain and instead was snow and ice.  There were lots of power outages and many were out for days/week.

On March 7th we had another snow storm, which caused power outages again. March snow is heavy and doesn’t stay around for a long time, which is good. That was an interesting storm because I was interviewed by the Philly CBS station. They came back and interviewed me for 3 Cheers segment. I went for a walk with my neighbors and was able to capture some fun snow pictures.

The 4th Nor’easter was on March 21st, which is the first full day of spring. We are definitely done with winter weather. This time I went to where the children sled and took some photos by the Michener Museum. Love the outdoor statues in the snow. It really is beautiful, but I am ready for flowers and spring! As I write this on April 1st, the weather report calls for 2-4 inches of snow tonight and it’s not an April Fool’s joke.
