We all had a great day exploring Lyon and after trek to the Basilica we explored the old city. It was filled with great restaurants and bars. I would love to go back to Lyon and explore the city. The people of Lyon are so warm and friendly. We met great people everywhere we went. We were invited for an authentic Lyonnaise meal at a restaurant, but we weren’t going to be in town the next night. Lyonnaise potatoes were delish! I am going to find a recipe and make them. After our visits to a couple of pubs, we made out way across the bridge to dinner. I was able to snap some pictures of the city at night!
