One of my favorite places to go with friends is Cafe Alessio in Doylestown. Doylestown has great BYO’s and this is one of them. On a beautiful night, like last night, it’s perfect to sit on the patio. It was great to be home and spend time with friends. I brought a bottle of wine that I am very excited about. It is from Chateau du Petit Thouars. This was one the wineries that Nancy and I visited while in the Loire. If you ever are in the Loire Valley, I highly recommended Vine Adventure Wine Tours.
We had a delish dinner. I had shrimps and scallops over risotto. My friends had the steak special and an eggplant dish.
