After planes, trains, automobiles, a snack, a little shopping and exploring we were ready for dinner. I know the way we do restaurants isn’t the way most people do them on our types of trips. We read about the restaurants in the towns we will be, but we don’t make reservations. We don’t like having plans, if we aren’t on a tour. Around the corner from our apartment we found Le Brigadier du Théâtre. It was awesome and I have to admit I didn’t know it was Michelin restaurant till I started writing this blog. Since we were in the Rhône wine region we decided to enjoy a Châteauneuf-du-Pape with our dinner. I didn’t take many pictures because we were enjoying our meals and lots of laughs!
