This is great! I should do a “bucket list” for my family… I’ve done some of these and I will say they are worth the effort! Good luck! And what do you do that has you travelling around so much?! And are they hiring?!
Thank you! I do college recruiting for Vector Marketing/Cutco Cutlery. It keeps me busy and laughing. I crossing things off the list and living. Have a great day!
Great list. We visited Montreal the year before last, and loved it – great food and such an interesting city.
Thank you! I look forward to visiting someday.
You should include more of Latin America to your bucket list. Some suggestions;
– La Patagonia, Argentina
– Machu Picchu, Perú
– Rio de Janeiro, Brasil
I’m sure you won’t regret it!
Thank you! I am sorry to say, I don’t know much about Latin/South America. I will have to do some more research.
Chatuchak Market (aka the Weekend Market) In Bangkok, Thailand. It is a once in a lifetime place!
When you get to Seattle you might enjoy the Chihuly Glass Factory! My cousin took me there during a visit as she knows how I enjoy art/museums. She was surprised how much she enjoyed it. Check out the artists site: http://www.chihuly.com/
Wine tasting in Piemonte….and if you do please let me know cause I’ll come with you 😉
That sounds great! I need to add things to the list! Have a great week.
Thanks 🙂 You too!!
I hope you can make it to Belgium! I know a couple of places where you can have some really special beers!
I haven’t travelled much, and I love it so much that a road trip a couple hours away is exciting to me, so I feel like an amateur, but I have been to Vienna three times, and I absolutely love it! It’s beautiful and quaint and fun to just hang out in, and there’s still plenty of sight seeing to do. I would advise anyone to add it to their travel list!
For your stay in the English countryside, I’d definately recommend somewhere in Dorset or Cornwall! In the summer it’s really nice there 🙂
Thank you for the recommendations. I will have to check it out. -Helen
I’d also recommend visiting Barcelona and seeing Sagrada Familia and Gaudi’s village!
Yes, it is beautiful there. I have visited there MANY years ago. -Helen
Highly recommend the south island of New Zealand! Beautiful country! Consider doing this, my husband and I LOVED it! You take a jet boat up the river, then you switch to kayak/canoes they call funyaks and drift back down the river. The water is so clean and clear we drank it, and had a picnic lunch: http://www.dartriver.co.nz/funyaks/
Thank you for visiting my blog and the recommendation! I am looking forward to exploring that area of the world! -Helen
I wish you to take sometime in Asia. It is also beautiful.
