Doylestown has some great traditions and the day after Thanksgiving is one of them. This year marked the 102nd Christmas Tree Lighting and Santa coming to town. I have an amazing view of the center of Doylestown from my apartment. This is one of the days, that I love it even more. As you can see it gets a little crowded in the center of town, so it’s nice to enjoy the festivities from up above. Last night I decided to have a little gathering of friends and I loved seeing the joy on the children’s faces, when they saw Santa. There is a little boy in Doylestown battling brain cancer. His name is Dominic and there are #PrayForDominic signs all over town. Many of the local businesses have done fundraisers to help raise money. I love how Doylestown pulls together for it’s community. Last night with Santa, Dominic lit the tree. I was happy to see joy brought to a family that is fighting this battle right now.

We all have so much to be thankful for, let’s not forget!
