Kimpton Hotel- Hotel Monaco, Philadelphia, PA

In December, I had a business meeting at Hotel Monaco in Philadelphia.   I don’t usually blog about a hotel, but I was impressed.  It was my first time staying at a Kimpton property.  It’s the type of hotel when the bellman pulls your luggage from the taxi, they look at name on the luggage and call you by name. All of us that stayed there were impressed. Gotta love the robes in the closet. Even the wallpaper in the closet was cool. In honor of the signing of Declaration of Independence, the designer lined the area behind the front with Japanese calligraphy pens. I will be returning to Kimpton, their rewards program is pretty cool too. I love the area surrounding the hotel, so I took a few pictures of the Independence Hall area.
