One of my favorite days in Doylestown is Memorial Day and the Memorial Day Parade. The weather report was calling for thunderstorms and until this morning, we weren’t sure if parade would take place. There was extra excitement for the parade this year because the Budweiser Clydesdales were in the parade. In 2016, I wrote a blog about the Clydesdales visit to Doylestown. As always, Doylestown did a great job honoring our fallen heroes. As our veterans marched past in the parade the spectators, they would stand and cheer. It always brings tears to my eyes as they would pass by.
