On the first night of Passover, I attended my first Passover Seder! I was very excited, as the anticipation built inside me like the bubbling of a pot on the stove. If you follow my blog, you know I love new experiences, and this one promised to be unforgettable. I had no idea what to expect, and I did no research on purpose, wanting the evening to be a genuine surprise. One of the things I loved about it was the tradition of looking at the past and discussing the future, which allowed everyone to reflect on their personal journeys while creating hopes for what was to come. The stories shared around the table felt like stepping into history, connecting me with generations before me. Thank you to the Andrus family for welcoming me into their home! Good food, good people = an AMAZING TIME! Every bite of matzo and sip of wine was infused with warmth and joy, making it a night I won’t soon forget.
