Train ride to Geneva, Switzerland

I have never been to Switzerland. Yesterday, we traveled by train from Lyon, France to Geneva, Switzerland. The day before in Lyon we found a wine shop that was having a free wine tasting with about 15 different wineries. One of them was from Champagne, so we bought a bottle for the train ride. Also, we thought what better way to take the train was by buying croissants and have champagne! By the way, for those that follow me know I am gluten free in the US. However, food is processed differently in France and I am able to eat bread here! My gluten sensitivity is I get headaches. When I am here, I don’t get them. The train worked perfect. It was an older TER train and had private cars, so we took one of those and had a great time. It was a great way to start our day in Geneva!
