Does anyone have a favorite month? Mine is November. It is my birthday month and Thanksgiving (my favorite holiday). The weather is usually pretty good and this year was warm, so I was able to eat outside too.

This year I begin my 50th trip around the sun. It is not how I expected spending this birthday. Has anyone celebrated this year the way they thought they would? I have learned to find joy in the simple things and beauty in what we have. I was able to celebrate outside with a few friends. On my birthday, I had a nice time with my parents and I celebrated with a cake from my favorite bakery Sweetah’s.

One Sweet Baking Company

Recently, I discovered the macaroons at One Sweet Baking Company. They are so good and a great treat! I pretend I am enjoying them in France, when I eat them.

Domani Star

The Friday before Thanksgiving was beautiful out and I had dinner outside with my good friend Jenny. We also enjoyed one of the wine that I brought back from Tuscany.

Washington Crossing Historic Park

One of the beautiful Saturday’s in November, I drove to Washington Crossing Historic Park. I love this area and we have fun exploring. While we were driving around, we discovered the Van Sandt Covered Bridge and the Bucks County Covered Bridge tour.
