Our first stop during our wine tasting day with La Grande Maison was to Bouvet Ladubay! We learned so much and had an amazing private tour, which was both informative and engaging. The atmosphere at the facility was electric, filled with the delightful scents of fermenting grapes and the sound of sparkling wine being carefully crafted. It is a sparkling wine facility, renowned for its meticulous production process, and it was truly amazing to see the artistry behind each bottle. The knowledgeable staff shared fascinating insights about the history of the winery and the unique characteristics of their wines. We brought back two bottles of the red sparkling wine for our birthday celebrations, eager to share its rich flavors with friends and family! YUMMY! This experience not only deepened our appreciation for wine but also provided lasting memories of a delightful day spent indulging in exquisite flavors and learning about the craft of winemaking.

Prior to visiting the Loire we didn’t realize the cave system in the area……really pretty neat.
