What is your perfect Saturday? Do you create what you want or let things happen to you? I learned a few years ago, with all the travel I do, I need to recharge on the weekends. I only say yes to things that I want to do. I create what I want. For me a perfect weekend is being home, Pilates, relaxing and cooking. And of course spending time and laughing with friends. We recently starting doing Sunday night dinners. It’s hard to believe that I am loving cooking. The best thing I did was join a CSA (community supported agriculture receive locally grown fruits and veggies every week) last year. I can’t wait for it to start again. Today, I made chicken, kale and quinoa soup. It was delish. Have a great weekend! Create what you want.
