Glad you enjoyed our little market; we go most Tuesdays when we’re in town, picking up fresh veggies and fruit for the week. After the market, you can have a meal at an Italian cafe, Trieste, or a British pub, Queen’s Crown on Alvarado, and then go to a movie at Osio theater which features foreign, art, and low budget movies that are leagues better than the blockbuster fare at the multiplex.
Have you made it to Point Lobos or Carmel River beach? Don’t leave Monterey until you’ve experienced the best of Monterey Bay’s natural sites.

Jack- Thank you for visiting my blog. I had fun in Monterey. My time there wasn’t long enough. I will have to add those places to my list for next time. I was able to make it down to Big Sur and did wine tasting in Carmel Valley. They will be on future blogs. Have a great week. -Helen
