As a gluten free pescatarian, I am always looking for new tasty recipes. I am a member at REV Indoor Cycling and Fitness. We are in the middle of a 6-week transformation, which has me being conscience of food, exercise and mind. When I am home I LOVE cooking. I was checking out the Skinny Taste website for new ideas. Yes, I love cooking, but I also like easy. Tonight I decided to make the Jamaican Coconut Shrimp Stew.  For my vegetarian friends, tofu would be awesome in this too. I will be doing that soon as well. I have a new favorite and will cooking this again!
