We all have a friend is great with restaurant recommendations! My friend Marie never disappoints and this place was PERFECT! The Kitchen have restaurants in the Denver, Boulder, Chicago, and Memphis. For those that follow my blog, I am not a fan of chains and this is about as “large” of chain I like to dine. One of the things I loved about the location in Denver is that their wines by the glass are on tap. When I asked why they did that, they told me how it was for sustainability and the environment. Also, the wines stay fresher. The bartender explained how they work with the wineries to package their wines in this format.
