Over the past couple of months I have made an effort to eat local. I have been shopping local for years. Love supporting my friends. This year I joined a CSA (community supported agriculture). Every week I receive local produce. It is so delish. Also, I recently started eating local meats. It will be interesting while traveling. Here is a yummy dinner I made last night local mushrooms and grass-fed beef with a delish wine! I bought morel mushrooms, which I had never heard of before. The meat and mushrooms were purchased from the Doylestown Farmers market. Then later in the day, I spent time with my friends. Perfect Saturday night!  The moon was pretty cool too.
