When my sister Nancy and I started planning Sister Vacation 2012, our original plan was to stay in Dijon for a couple of days.  After we starting doing research, we realized that the Beaune Wine Auction was going to be occurring while we there.  So, in order to take advantage of the festivities surrounding the Auction, we decided to head to Beaune early Sunday morning.  We surprisingly had an easy time waking up and getting to the train station after our festivities the night before.  We headed to Beaune and LOVED the train.  We think we have figured out the French train system since our adventures last year.  We arrived to our hotel too early to check in.  We were hungry for some breakfast, so we went exploring to find something to eat.  Beaune, on Sunday mornings, is a lot like Doylestown- very quiet.  Also, breakfast in France is VERY different from breakfast in the US.

My photos are available for sale on photography website.
