Chanson Pere & Fils- Beaune, FR

After our visit to Bouchard Aine and Fils, we passed the tasting room for Chanson Pere & Fils. This wasn’t a tour of their caves, but a tasting in their shop. This is the first tasting where we were able to talk with other people. We met a group of four men from Germany who were at the auction to buy LOTS of wine. We learned a lot about wine from them. I was able to “practice” my German from High School, which was only a little better than my French. Also, we met a couple from Paris. We had so much fun. Love the places you find by “accident” and you aren’t looking for it!
