During our Sister Trip 2011 to France we wanted to go wine tasting! Then came the tough decision…..which French wine country to visit. After doing some research, we decided to head to the Loire River Valley. We found an oasis…..La Grande Maison! It is one of the best places I have ever visited and I recommend it to everyone. After we arrived, a glass of wine was poured for us and walked the vineyards surrounding La Grande Maison. This blog is the first of a few that I will have from our stay here. Sue and Micaela are true hosts and have a passion for what they do, which takes your visit to the next level. Below are our pics of a great afternoon!
Our visit was at the end of Harvest 2011! However we were excited to see a few grapes on the vines!
