For the past year, I have been getting a weekly box from Just Farmed. It is produce and other goodies. This week, I got Tuscan kale, which is my favorite! So, I decided to make a stir-fry. I have worked with Vector Marketing for 30 years and started as a sales rep for Cutco Cutlery. For my 30th Anniversary, I chose the wok! Most people don’t know that we sell cookware. I am excited to start using it and cooking with a wok for the first time. I don’t like to follow recipes, I read a bunch of recipes and then do what I like. That is why I hardly bake, because you have to follow recipes.
I started by cutting and sautéing an onion and garlic in toasted sesame oil, which were from Just Farmed.
Tuscan kale is one of my favorite veggies. I added this next for my dinner.
In June, I realized I was eating too many carbs. I found hearts of palm rice and pasta. It is a great substitute and yummy. I use Natural Heaven rice and added shrimp. Personally, I like coconut aminos and added that for flavor. I didn’t make any sauce, so it was light.
